Refund and Return Policy

Return Period and Right of Withdrawal You have 30 days after receiving your order (or the delivery of the last item in the case of multiple shipments) to request a return. This extended timeframe includes and exceeds the legal 14-day right of withdrawal applicable in the European Union. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you prefer to handle it by email or have any questions, you can write to us at contacto@forjared.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions. You will have 14 days to send the package after receiving notification.

Order Cancellations You may request an order cancellation and receive a full refund as long as the package has not yet been processed or dispatched from our warehouse. If the package has already been shipped, you must wait to receive it and process a standard return.

Damages, Issues, and Exchanges Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the current item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns and Exchanges: Returns and exchanges are completely free of charge for the customer. ForjaRed will cover the return shipping costs in all cases.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded the full amount of the product along with the original standard shipping cost (if applicable) to your original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
