Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and countries within the European Union.

Important: We currently DO NOT ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla. Any order placed with a delivery address in these territories will be canceled and refunded.

2. Processing Times

All orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

3. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase:

Mainland Spain:
- Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days.
Balearic Islands:
- Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days.
Rest of the European Union:
- Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number from the shipping company so you can monitor its status at any time.

5. Customer Support and Inquiries

Damages during transit: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at contacto@forjared.com within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the damage.
